Where will my driver meet me at MCO or SFB?
In both scenarios, your driver will meet and greet you in the designated pickup area of the airport. Check your phone for updates upon arrival. At MCO, for domestic flights, your driver will wait at the base of the escalator in baggage claim on Level 2 and for international flights, notify your driver after clearing customs. At SFB, contact your driver after landing to confirm the pickup point.
What is the grace period for luggage pickup at the airport?
Domestic Flights: 30-minute grace period International Flights: 80-minute grace period After the grace period, wait-time charges and parking fees will apply. If 30 minutes have passed since your scheduled pickup time and we haven't heard from you, the driver may be instructed to depart.
What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
Flight Delayed: Inform us immediately. If not informed and the vehicle has been dispatched, a fee of $15/hour will apply for the driver's wait time. Flight Canceled: Notify us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is within the policy period, we will cancel your reservation and issue a refund immediately. If not notified within the policy period, a full one-way charge for the reserved vehicle will apply.
Is Orlando airport transportation gratuity included in rates available on the website?
No, all our standard and discounted rates exclude the 20% gratuity. You can tip your driver in cash at your discretion.
